We can offer our RY2 High Speed Biscuit Cream Machine built in 2 or 4 lane configuration. These machines are of advanced design incorporating many innovative features including automatic cream volume retention when increasing/decreasing the variable speed unit. The 2-lane machine has an output up to 1600-sandwiched biscuit per minute and the 4-lane machine up to 3200 sandwich biscuits per minute. Machines are normally supplied with 2.5 M long vibrating infeed units but we can offer purpose built units to customers required specification. An automatic cream feed unit is supplied as an integral part of the machine – two units are supplied in the case of a 4-lane machine. We can also link the machine to a collator unit to receive the creamed sandwich biscuit. This collates them into say piles of 2, which can be a 1,2 or 3 piles containing 2,4 or 6 biscuits and then they are automatically transferred to a horizontal flowpack machine. We have undertaken this system with a new Flowpack or clients own flowpack which we have fully rebuilt and modified to suit.
